I had an amazing time living at SBV. It’s easily the best accommodation of its type in Auckland. It’s so close to everything and yet so safe and secure. The onsite manager Craig is a super cool guy too.
Clean, quiet, not partying allowed so I always slept well. Very well-appointed facilities and nice views too. Perfect for students or professionals but definitely not a party house.
Most of the city accommodation is in dodgy areas and are usually noisy and filthy. SBV is by far the best I found, all my friends wanted to move in after visiting me. Such an amazing area too and the house is lovely. The onsite manager is very helpful and friendly too. Thanks Mr Craig!
